The park was bright with the sun reflecting off the ocean. My sunglasses weren’t cutting it. I should’ve gone under one of the tents that Kelly and Noah had set up for Sinclair’s birthday party but I had the best vantage point for watching Brooke. I lifted my beer and took a long pull.

“Well.” Colt joined me with his own beer and I saw him swallow extra hard when he spotted Brooke. “Shit.”

I nodded. “Yep. I’ve been standing here blinding myself for the past fifteen minutes so I can watch.”

Noah spotted us and walked over. “Hey. What are you two-”

I grinned when he lost track of his words. He’d also caught sight of our roommate. She’d been summoned to the face painting tent by Sinclair and immediately put to work. The poor face painter they’d hired was standing back, eating a slice of cake, while Brooke painted face after face.

That wasn’t the good part, though. Brooke had taken off the t-shirt she’d worn over her bathing suit and her full breasts were making her one piece fight to contain them. She hadn’t been that big the last time she’d worn the suit, a decade earlier. Her tiny jean shorts and long, tan legs completed the fantasy.

As we watched, she threw her head back and laughed, exposing the long column of her neck. The move pushed her bathing suit even harder and I held my breath as I waited for something to pop out.

When nothing did, I sighed. “Damn.”

Noah elbowed me. “Don’t wish for a show like that at my daughter’s birthday party.”

Colt groaned. “She needs to put that shirt back on before I have to kill the other dads.”

Sure enough, on the other side of the tent, a group of dads were standing together, not unlike us, watching Brooke closely. I scowled. We had the right to watch her. They did not. “Go over there and tell them to leave, Noah.”

He pinched the bridge of his nose. “I’m not going to do that. Keep your shit together. If you ruin Sinclair’s party, I’ll kick your ass.”

The last kid who’d been in Brooke’s line left and I pushed my beer into Noah’s chest. “I think I need to join the festivities with a little face painting.”

They both tried to paw at me to get there first but I shook them off and slid onto the tiny stool in front of Brooke, startling her.

Her lips parted in a wide smile when she saw me. “The kids I did for free. It’ll cost you if you want your face painted.”

I leaned in. “Name your price, little bunny.”

She took in a sharp breath and flushed but then she shook her head and laughed. “You’re bad.”

“Is that your price?” I smirked at her. “Because I’ll gladly be bad for you.”

Her hands shook as she picked up her borrowed art supplies. She twisted until her legs were between mine and she was practically in my lap. Her tits swayed with her movement and she poked me with the end of a paint brush when she saw me staring.
